What is the processing and shipping time?

  • Processing takes 2–3 business days.

  • After processing, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days (may take longer depending on the carrier or location).

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

What payment methods do you accept?

  • All sales are final.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  • PayPal – Recommended if you want your order shipped ASAP, since payments clear instantly. Orders paid with PayPal may be eligible for same-day shipping (if placed before the daily cutoff).

  • AfterPay & Klarna – Shop now, pay later options available at checkout.

  • Apple Pay – Quick and secure checkout directly through the site.

  • Major Debit/Credit Cards – Processed safely through our website.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

  • Yes! Use discount code PICKUP at checkout.

  • Please note: A small percentage of shipping costs will still apply.

  • Orders must be picked up within 3 days. If the order is not picked up within that timeframe, it will automatically be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • We cannot hold hair longer than 3 days.

Why is there still a shipping fee if I choose pickup?

  • A small shipping fee ensures your order is properly processed, packaged, and prepared.

  • If the order is not picked up within 3 days, it will be shipped directly to your address.

How do I contact customer service?What if I don't receive a confirmation email?

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website.
